RW3 CultureWizard Enters Its Next Phase of Growth
RW3 LLC, the parent company of CultureWizard, is pleased to announce the appointment of Amy VaaS as Chief Executive Officer.
VaaS brings more than 25 years of experience helping global organizations drive growth, transformation, and performance. She joined RW3 as Chief Strategy Officer following a career that included leadership roles at PwC and Lehman Brothers, where she partnered with C-suite executives, boards, and leadership teams on business strategy, operational excellence, organizational change, and workforce transformation.
Since joining RW3, VaaS has helped shape the company’s strategic direction and plans for its next phase of growth. As CEO, she will lead RW3 as the company expands its work helping global organizations make culture visible, measurable, and actionable.
“We’ve spent 25 years proving that culture is a business imperative, not a nice-to-have,” said co-founder Michael Schell. “As AI reshapes how people work together and global complexity accelerates, the need for what RW3 does has never been greater. Amy is the right leader to scale this company to match the size of that opportunity.”
For more than 25 years, RW3 has helped organizations build the skills people need to communicate, collaborate, and perform effectively across cultures, functions, and differences. Its CultureWizard platform, live workshops, validated assessments, organizational analytics, and advisory services help employees, managers, and leaders translate cultural understanding into stronger workplace behavior and business performance.
VaaS assumes the role at a pivotal moment for global organizations. Distributed teams, changing workforce expectations, new technologies, and increased pressure to perform across differences have made culture a central business concern.
“Culture is either driving organizational performance or holding it back,” VaaS said.
“The challenge is knowing how to turn cultural understanding into better ways of working. RW3 has spent 25 years helping organizations do that by giving people practical tools to communicate, collaborate, and lead more effectively across differences. We have a strong foundation to build on, and I’m excited about what comes next.”
Charlene Solomon, co-founder and President of RW3, said VaaS brings both the strategic experience and cultural insight needed to advance the company’s mission.
“Amy understands what global organizations are navigating right now: changing workforce expectations, distributed teams, the pressure on leaders to perform across differences, and the growing need for learning that changes behavior, not just awareness,” Solomon said.
As part of the transition, Schell will serve as Chairman of the Board and continue to lead RW3’s most strategic client relationships. Solomon will serve as Vice Chair and President, with responsibility for content development, marketing, and external thought leadership.
The leadership transition builds on the foundation RW3 has established over more than two decades. More than five million learners from hundreds of organizations have used CultureWizard to strengthen cultural intelligence, collaboration, and performance across differences.
