RW3 LLC believes in protecting your privacy. When we collect personal information from you on our website, we follow the privacy principles the EU-US and Swiss-US PRIVACY SHIELD Frameworks as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal data from the European Union and Switzerland, respectively. PRIVACY SHIELD FRAMEWORKS
Our accountability for personal data that we receive in the United States under the Privacy Shield and subsequently transfer to a third party is described in the Privacy Shield Principles. In particular, we remain responsible and liable under the Privacy Shield Principles if third-party agents that it engages to process personal data on its behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless we prove that we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION:
How long we keep the information we collect about you depends on the type of information, as described in further detail below. After such time, we will either delete or anonymize your information or, if this is not possible (for example, because the information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible.
Account information: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and a reasonable period thereafter in case you decide to re-activate the Services. We also retain some of your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, to support business operations, and to continue to develop and improve our Services. The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client has engaged RW3. RW3 collects information under the direction of its Clients and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Clients.
We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. RW3 will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data.
