In a world of disruption, inclusive collaboration is a strategic necessity. When organizations invest in building behaviors that support high-performing, values-aligned teams, they unlock innovation, agility, and growth. That’s future proofing. At RW3 CultureWizard, we partner with global organizations to design and deliver culture change programs that drive lasting results. Here’s one example of how a data-driven, behavior-based approach led to measurable gains in confidence, clarity, and competence.

Corporate Culture Transformation as Future Proofing

The Challenge:

Technip Energies is a global technology and engineering powerhouse, designing and delivering some of the energy world’s largest and most complex engineering and construction projects. With leadership positions in LNG, hydrogen, ethylene, sustainable chemistry, and CO2  management, they are contributing to the development of critical markets such as energy, energy derivatives, decarbonization, and circularity.

To future proof the organization, the company’s senior leadership partnered with RW3 CultureWizard to design and deliver a multi-year, globally coordinated culture-building learning experience for all 12,500 employees. To lead the energy transition, Technip Energies identified inclusive collaboration as a mindset key to achieving their mission: “breaking boundaries together to engineer a sustainable future.”

RW3 CultureWizard’s Solution

In partnership with the corporate university, and with one-on-one interviews with stakeholders, RW3 CultureWizard asked all the non-manager employees to complete the Global Inclusion Assessment, a proprietary developmental psychometric assessment that measures the behaviors, attitudes and competencies critical to inclusive collaboration. This provided the data-driven baseline that served as a foundation to create a responsive learning design.

Results exceeded expectations! Over 1,500 participant evaluations rated the learning experience at 9.2 out of 10 during the first year of delivery, and they also showed a marked before and after competency improvement of 33%.

Culture Change that Sticks

Culture doesn’t change in a workshop. It changes in the work. This story shows how aligning behaviors with business strategy can create a culture of trust, collaboration, and measurable impact. And, it’s just one example of what’s possible when culture becomes a business priority.
