Jorge Vargas joined RW3 CultureWizard in 2016 and has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and a deep passion for developing inclusive workplaces in RW3’s client companies. His dedication and contributions have been instrumental in the company's growth and success over the years.

Prior to this appointment, Jorge Vargas oversaw a multi-year effort to merge RW3 CultureWizard’s sales and client service teams into one, cohesive revenue-generating operation.
