Our client set out to transform its workplace culture by redefining how employees collaborate across multiple countries, each with their own cultural values and work styles. To support this global shift, the corporate university partnered with RW3 CultureWizard to co-create and deliver Inclusive Collaboration workshops as part of its Future Ready Program.
RW3 CultureWizard began by assessing inclusive collaboration capabilities through the Global Inclusion Assessment and targeted stakeholder interviews. This approach revealed key strengths and development opportunities across the workforce and served as the foundation for a bespoke, full-day, face-to-face workshop, complemented by digital pre-work to boost engagement and maximize learning impact.
Workshops were delivered across 34 countries in multiple languages by local facilitators, ensuring both global consistency and cultural relevance.
Following strong results, RW3 CultureWizard built Championing a Culture of Inclusion, a new workshop designed to equip internal influencers with practical strategies to lead and sustain culture change.
RW3 CultureWizard’s Inclusive Collaboration and Championing a Culture of Inclusion workshops demonstrate how intentional, insight-driven learning can transform organizational culture and foster lasting inclusive behaviors across a global workforce.
With a 29% improvement in perceived performance, employees responded positively to the workshops’ practical relevance, cultural responsiveness, and thoughtful facilitation, underscoring the importance of inclusive practices in daily work.
