An RW3 CultureWizard Authorized Facilitator has completed CultureWizard’s Train-the-Trainer program and is authorized to facilitate a debrief workshop titled Working Effectively Across Cultures with CultureWizard’s Culture Calculator Assessment. RW3 CultureWizard issues this credential directly.
What the credential means
Authorized Facilitators lead the workshop for individuals and teams, including the debrief of Culture Calculator results. The Culture Calculator is CultureWizard’s assessment of a person’s cultural values and related work styles. Each facilitator receives RW3 CultureWizard’s facilitation guide and workshop materials when they finish the program.
How facilitators earn it
Before the program, participants complete the Culture Calculator and CultureWizard’s Cultural Awareness Course. The Train-the-Trainer program runs about eight hours, usually split across two days, and is delivered virtually or in-person. On the second day, each participant leads a short module of the workshop and gets feedback from the RW3 CultureWizard Senior Facilitator. Participants who complete the full program receive a Certificate of Completion and the workshop materials.

- The Culture Calculator and the 8 Dimensions of Culture, with techniques for leading discussions and activities on cross-cultural teamwork
- Facilitating team workshops with the Culture Calculator accurately and with confidence
- Debriefing Culture Calculator results for individuals, and for teams using the TeamWork Profile
Renewal
The credential does not expire. Authorized Facilitators renew it one year after completing the program by completing refresher training assigned by RW3 CultureWizard, so their workshops reflect current CultureWizard content.

To confirm that someone is an RW3 CultureWizard Authorized Facilitator, email Louis Lima at louis.lima@rw-3.com with the person’s name and organization. We’ll check our Train-the-Trainer records and reply. We don’t publish a list of facilitators.
