Every effective leader is concerned about their corporate culture because the data proves it plays a pivotal role in retaining essential talent and helping them deliver business results. A strong, well-aligned culture isn’t optional, it’s foundational, directly impacting workforce retention and performance.
To better understand the role of authentic leadership’s influence on corporate culture and other key business outcomes, we conducted a large-scale follow-up to the RW3 2025 Corporate Culture Survey to explore how perceived leadership authenticity (defined as how genuine leaders seem when talking about company values) relates to key workplace outcomes.
